Email is our primary support channel. We answer during Argentina business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).

2. FAQ — customers
How do I join a business?
Open the app, tap "Scan" and point the camera at the business's QR code (you'll find it at the counter or signage). You'll be enrolled automatically and see your loyalty card for that business.
How do I earn points?
Show the cashier your personal QR code (tap "My QR" at the bottom of the app). They scan it from their panel and points are credited instantly.
How do I redeem a reward?
Open the business card, pick the reward you want and tap "Redeem". You'll receive a code the business validates on the spot. If you don't have enough points, the app shows you how many more you need.
My points didn't show up, what should I do?
First verify the cashier scanned your QR correctly. If points don't appear within 5 minutes, email soporte@puntospro.com with your email, the business and the purchase amount.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the steps. You'll get a reset link by email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent: you'll lose all your points at all businesses. See our privacy policy for more details.
3. FAQ — businesses
How do I get started with PuntosPro?
Sign up at /register, configure your program (points ratio, levels, rewards) in /dashboard/configuracion, and download your enrollment QR to print at your counter. Your customers scan it and start earning points.
How is the subscription billed?
Plans are at /dashboard/configuracion/plan. PuntosPro charges the business a monthly subscription; rewards are set and paid by the business.
Can I export my customer data?
Yes, from /dashboard/clientes → Export. You get a CSV with every member of your program.
