How much does PuntosPro cost?
The free plan is free forever and includes up to 100 enrolled customers. Past 100, the Pro plan is USD 10 per month (€10 in Europe) with no customer limit. Every new business starts with 2 months of Pro at no charge.
What happens when I hit 100 customers?
Nothing breaks: your existing customers keep earning and redeeming points as usual. The only thing you can't do is enroll new customers until you move to Pro. We warn you in the dashboard well before you reach the cap.
Which currency am I billed in?
Euros if your business is in a euro-area country, US dollars everywhere else. The currency is set by the country you pick when you sign up.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You create the account and start using the full platform without entering any payment details.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It's a web platform. Your customers use the app from their phone's browser, with nothing to download.
Can I use PuntosPro in more than one location?
For now each account maps to one business. If you have multiple locations, reach out through the contact form and we'll work something out.
