No. It's a web platform. Your customers use the app from their phone's browser, with no need to download anything.

Is my data and my customers' data secure?
Yes. All information is stored encrypted on secure servers.
How many customers can I have?
During the beta there are no limits. You can enroll as many customers as you want with no restrictions.
